TikTok tells you what you sold. SellerFolio tells you what you kept — every fee, every label, every unsold box, walked down to the number that reaches your bank.

Illustrative figures · your shop, your numbers

The gap

Seller Center closes the sale.
It never closes the books.

A two-hour broadcast can move hundreds of orders. Then come the three questions TikTok's own tools will not answer.

"Did that show actually make money?"

GMV is loud. Profit after fees, labels, refunds and what the goods cost you is nowhere in Seller Center — and it is the only number that decides whether you go live again tomorrow.

"Which return do I have to answer by 3pm?"

Miss TikTok's response window and the refund happens on its own, whether the return was fair or not. The clock is real. The queue that tracks it isn't.

"TikTok paid me $8,412. Of what, exactly?"

Settlements land as a wall of fee codes. Tying one payout back to the orders that earned it is an afternoon in a spreadsheet, every single time.

Setup · in order

Four steps, then it runs itself.

Nothing to rip out. SellerFolio sits on top of the shop you already run and does the bookkeeping the platform skips.

01

Connect the shop

Sign in to TikTok Shop once. Orders, settlements and returns start syncing — including everything already behind you.

02

Go live as usual

A small Chrome extension saves the video receipt for each sale from your own Seller Center session — the proof of what went out on camera.

03

Cost it with help

AI reads each receipt into brand, item, colour and size, then suggests what the goods cost from what you paid last time. You approve. Nothing writes itself.

04

Close the books

Every payout tied back to its orders, every show ranked by what it earned per hour, every dollar traceable from the shout-out to the bank.

Money

Reconciled — or off by exactly this much.

  • One verdict, first thing. "Reconciled" or "Off by $X" opens the Finance screen, expandable into the full equation and ending on TikTok's own settlement total.
  • Fees in the platform's language. Every label maps to the exact TikTok Finance field it came from, so a dispute is argued in TikTok's terms rather than yours.
  • Coverage is stated, not implied. Percent settled, percent costed, and an "est." tag on anything still moving. A half-finished number can't be quoted as final.

Costing

AI does the reading. You keep the pen.

  • Receipts become identity. Each saved clip is transcribed into brand, item, colour and size — the thing you actually sold, not a SKU nobody ever typed.
  • Cost memory that admits doubt. A past cost is applied only when your history is consistent. When it isn't, it says history unclear instead of guessing at your margin.
  • Suggestions, never saves. No cost, weight, expense or name is written without a person approving it, and uncosted lines stay out of profit rather than quietly flattering it.

Profit stays understated until every line carries a cost. Uncosted sales are excluded from margin, never assumed at zero.

Operations

Beat every clock TikTok sets.

  • Returns sort themselves by deadline. Overdue first, safe last. Bulk approve re-checks live eligibility before it acts, so nothing gets approved into a closed window.
  • Shipping margin before you buy the label. What the buyer paid against what the label costs, so a parcel that loses money never ships by accident.
  • A packing bench built for speed. Batch labels, pull lists for cancelled items, and a timer honest enough to adapt to how fast each packer actually works.

Miss the window and TikTok refunds automatically. The queue is ordered by the clock, never by the date received.

The console

Fourteen screens. One login.

Show rankings, lot-level stock, buyer demographics, the settlement ledger. Pick one and look at it properly — full size, in the order the menu lists them.

Everyone sees their job. Nobody sees your margins by accident.

Permissions are set per person, and one switch hides financial figures across every screen at once. Change a role and that person is signed out everywhere, immediately.

    Why sellers trust the numbers

    Honest arithmetic is the product.

    • Every metric shows its working — the formula, the denominator, and which clock the date sits on. "Return rate" admits when it's three different ratios in three places.
    • Coverage sits next to the figure — percent settled, percent costed, "est." where it belongs, so nothing half-finished reads as final.
    • The extension reads no cookies — it sends an order id, a room id, a video URL and a timestamp. Nothing else leaves your Seller Center session.
    • AI proposes, people dispose — no cost, weight, expense or name is ever written to your books without a person approving it first.
Reconciled against TikTok's own settlement legs — or it tells you, on the first line, by exactly how much it doesn't.

    Private beta

    We're not open yet.
    But your books could be.

SellerFolio is running with a small group of live sellers while we harden the parts that touch money. We add shops a few at a time, because every new shop means a new TikTok settlement history to reconcile properly before we move on.

    Take the tour

We use this to reach you about beta access and nothing else. No card, no contract.
